30-day returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and not damaged.

Who pays for return shipping

• We made an error or the product is defective: we pay for return shipping. The product must be unused.
• You changed your mind: you pay for return shipping.

How to start a return

Email us at winks@forgefireoutdoors.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please wait for those instructions before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to post the refund.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
